PR & Communications Manager

EVH is Australia’s leading creative PR communications agency for established and emerging luxury, lifestyle, design, and fashion brands. We seek a PR Communications Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of top-tier luxury lifestyle and wellness clients.

Responsible for high-level contribution and sometimes ownership of agreed activities on allocated accounts including campaigns, media, influencer, talent and activations.

The successful candidate will work across the wellness and lifestyle division, automotive and travel industry experience a bonus.

The role focuses on client service, creativity, delivering results, reporting and analysis.

Growing and maintaining strong relationships with key industry players is key, including nurturing the junior team skills and development.

A hands-on considered approach is required whilst contributing to the agency’s overall success, culture and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Support key agency accounts across the portfolio, from luxury global to founder-led brands. Accountable as the day-to-day contact for key clients, handling requests promptly or delegating tasks to the team.

Campaign Lead and Execution: Develop, lead and execute PR brand strategies and 360-degree campaigns, ensuring alignment with the client's expectations.

Media & Influencer Relations: Manage earned media, influencer programs, and brand activations. Build and maintain relevant media and industry relationships.

Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to benchmark against competitors, analyse trends, and provide insights relevant to clients and the agency.

Stakeholder Management: Manage and communicate to both external and internal stakeholders.

Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and motivate.

Agency Representation: Serve as an agency ambassador to expand the agency's reach.

• Must have working rights in Australia and be based in Sydney.
• A relevant degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Business.
• 4+ years of PR agency or in-house experience in Communications, Digital, Marketing, Retail, Special Events, Public Relations, or Consulting. 
• Prior experience with like-minded premium brands, and experience in auto, tech and travel will be a bonus.
• Experience in media relations, influencer programs, and project management.
• Is a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proven soft and hard leadership skills
