At Exa, we are building a new AI-native search engine. We're looking for our first Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to bridge our innovative products with potential clients. About the Role
As an SDR, you'll engage prospective customers, generate leads, and expand our sales pipeline. Serving as the initial point of contact, you'll create exceptional experiences by identifying customer needs and presenting Exa's technical products as solutions.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and expand the sales pipeline. Qualify accounts and leads. Engage new users to drive revenue growth work with marketing on campaigns and outreach efforts consult with prospects to discover use cases and demonstrate how Exa's solutions address their challenges. Maintain accurate data in CRM systems to inform strategy. Utilize various engagement methods (email, phone, social media) to connect with prospects and decision-makers. Meet monthly quotas and complete at least 50 calls daily.
What You’ll Need
1+ years in sales, ideally in SaaS or selling technical products, or a strong commitment to pursuing a sales career. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build rapport with potential clients.A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.A results-driven mindset with a "can-do" approach to achieving goals and solving problems.
