Our growing company is looking to add a Sales and Marketing Associate to our office in Elgin, SC, to be the go-to person for our team’s marketing management and sales coordination. This person will drive brand awareness through marketing initiatives while providing excellent customer service to secure sales. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently and independently step into this multifaceted role, and has ambition to grow with the company long-term. Responsibilities
- Utilize and implement a variety of marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local community and generate sales traffic.
- Responsible for managing social media platforms and keeping the company website up to date.
- Act as a marketing expert to collaborate, guide, and boost marketing activity for the team to meet ongoing sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guide customers on the home building/buying journey, and secure sales.
- Handle agent communication and assist in adjusting pricing on houses through incentives or physical changes to price.
- Design, develop, and maintain the company’s visual marketing materials.
Pay Structure & Benefits
- Annual salary range begins at $50,000 - $60,000+ and is negotiable reflecting a candidate’s experience level and credentials.

Requirements
- Be able to work onsite at the Elgin, SC office. The working schedule is 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Be adaptable to change and enjoy improving processes.
- Equal strength in collaboration and working independently.
- Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing and sales is required.
- Passion and skill for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions.
- Proficiency and expertise in generating and leading marketing initiatives, with a strong preference for those who have experience doing so in the real estate industry.
- An active real estate license is strongly preferred, and is required to be obtained and active to fulfill the role’s duties.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
