Senior Delivery Analyst

You will deliver value added service activities designed to maximize return on investment for our existing clients. You will report into the Delivery Consultant.

What you will do:

• Understand complex requirements and identify workable solutions
• Build relationships with colleagues or external parties
• Support junior team members with complex deliveries
• Contribute to continuous improvement to processes, without compromising quality
• Communicate with PM/Client/Experian colleagues to ensure accurate implementation of project work
• Follow Experian internal procedures
• Look for opportunities to improve new processes to benefit the team and implement these opportunities
• Interpret client needs, implementing and translating them into application and operational requirements that can be articulated to peers and clients at the appropriate level

What you will bring:

• University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric or IT content is desirable but not essential
• Fluent English
• Typically requires 4+ years related experience in software delivery
• Experience of software solution design and configuration
• Experience in client delivery or supporting client solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases and associated terminologies
• Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) user
• Experience with data analysis/MI reporting

It will be considered an advantage if you have:

• Working knowledge of XML/JSON
• Working knowledge of WPS / SAS
• Fraud industry knowledge.
