Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our new Extenteam product, Shared Services (Tailwind), within the hospitality and short-term rental industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the sales process to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the hospitality and short-term rental industry through high levels of outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential gaps in the market.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Present Extenteam products and services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements that align with company objectives.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Provide ongoing feedback from clients to enhance the services provided by Extenteam.
- Brand Building & Networking:
- Represent Extenteam at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Build a strong personal and company brand within the industry by networking and participating in relevant business activities.

Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within outsourcing, staffing, or technology-driven services.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality or short-term rental industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented. This role is performance-based with a minimum of 75 email outreaches per day, with the goal of securing 4 meetings per day with prospects.
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
