Account Engineer

About EyePop.ai: EyePop.ai is on a mission to democratize computer vision technology, making it accessible to startups and development agencies of all sizes. Our self-service AI platform empowers users of all technical levels to create apps and detailed analytics based on computer vision. As we expand our reach, we are looking for a dynamic Account Engineer to join our team and help us expand and support our customer base.

Role Overview: In this role, you will be involved with deals from start to finish. This includes qualifying inbound leads, strategically prospecting into key target accounts and supporting customers through their journey. You will be responsible for managing multiple deals simultaneously, navigating complex organizational structures, and demonstrating the transformative potential, value, and impact of computer vision powered by EyePop.ai. 

You will be hands-on with the product, working directly with customers, creating content and leading workshops. As a member of a small and dynamic team, you will play an integral role in shaping our sales process. This entails identifying effective strategies, developing supporting collateral, and continuously iterating to optimize outcomes. You excel not only at driving customer success but also at building and refining processes that facilitate sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Technical Support:
• Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
• Provide technical demonstrations and presentations, with a focus on computer vision applications, to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales engagement.
2. Post-Sales Customer Support:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical guidance and support during the implementation and integration of our SaaS solution, especially in the context of computer vision applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
3. Computer Vision Product Demonstrations & Workshops:
• Develop and demonstrate computer vision product prototypes and applications to showcase the capabilities of our SaaS solution.
• Conduct Product workshops to instruct attendees how to use EyePop.ai’s product.
4. Content Creation:
• Build example computer vision applications using EyePop.ai’s product.
• Create content, showcasing EyePop.ai’s capabilities in the form of articles, videos and demonstrations.
5. Customer Feedback & Support:
• Gather customer feedback and insights to communicate computer vision-related product improvement suggestions to the development team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance computer vision features, usability, and overall customer experience.
• Contribute to EyePop.ai’s discord channel and respond to inbound technical inquiries.

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in developing and demonstrating computer vision applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems effectively.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
