Marketing & Content Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative “Marketing & Content Specialist” to join our team, with a focus on community engagement and social media management. The ideal candidate will support the marketing department in both strategic and administrative tasks, enhance our social media presence, and assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for crafting well-rounded, engaging content, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The goal of this position is to help expand Eyespike’s marketing reach and drive growth across our properties. Primarily, CEUfast.com, NYRequirements.com and PARequirements.com. CEUFast is a leading online nursing continuing education provider that serves healthcare professionals in all 50 states. We primarily provide CE requirements to fulfill state requirements for RNs, LPN/LVNs, ARNPs, CNAs and HHAs. We pride ourselves in making this process as easy as possible for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage an engaging social media content strategy.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) for multiple accounts.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience in real-time.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Content Creation & Branding:

• Assist in developing social media graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
• Support blog writing and publishing, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising efforts.
• Increase user engagement and awareness with the nursing blog program
• Ensure all social media content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging.

Campaign & Strategy Support:

• Assist in executing paid and organic social media campaigns.
• Research and identify influencers, brand ambassadors, or partnerships to increase visibility.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support overall campaign efforts.

Administrative & Analytics:

• Maintain a social media content calendar and track campaign performance.
• Assist with monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, and ROI.
• Organize and manage digital assets, marketing materials, and campaign documentation.

We are looking for a Florida resident with the followings skills.

Required qualifications and skills

• Excellent written and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (internships count).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite, etc.) to assist with promotional assets.

Work Hours and Benefits

This is a remote position. We prefer all team members to be available during normal business hours 9AM-6PM however we do offer flexibility.

Starting pay 40k
