About this role
We're looking for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Creative team, focusing on growth marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll create compelling visual designs and creative assets that drive user acquisition and engagement across multiple channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth marketing strategies.
You'll help set the visual direction for all growth initiatives. You'll deliver high-impact designs to help retailers discover our platform, and believe this is where they can do their wholesale ordering seamlessly and get the best value—whether they're looking for the freshest inventory or buying tried and true staples.
You'll be a key team member in developing long and short term visual strategies to reach both prospective and existing customers, across channels like lifecycle emails, paid ads, and landing pages. You'll be accountable for developing design guidelines, as well as creative assets that will resonate deeply with retailers and inspire them to use and grow their business on our platform.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, collaborative teammate and leader who's passionate about creating value for small business communities around the world, using design to generate interest and foster conversion among our customers.

Salary Range
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $139,500 - $192,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule - Faire employees will be expected to go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, effective the week of January 13, 2025. Additionally, in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year.
