Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Administrator to join our team, reporting to the Strategic Customer Manager. This role sits within our Global Operations function and forms part of the Customer Engagement Team. At Fairmatic, we are using proprietary technology to capture real-time driving data to support the accurate pricing of automotive insurance risk and encourage safe driving. This team supports our customers throughout their policy period and helps them manage their technology. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Customer Engagement Managers (CEMs) while ensuring customer records are maintained accurately.


Please note that this role is a hybrid role based in Wroclaw.


A day in the life:
  •  Manage the maintenance process for new business and renewal information.
  • Ensure that all driver information is accurately recorded for our fleets.
  • Support customers with the management of Fairmatic’s technology on their devices and follow up with customers and brokers on missing device contact information.
  • Collaborate with CEMs on customer technology integration and provide insights to the Strategic Customer Manager and Director of Customer Success to support adherence.
  • Intake/report customer issues and create tickets in Jira.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding services, policies, and procedures
  • Assist the Strategic Customer Manager with customer data account audits, aiming to measure consistency, quality and reliability of data within Fairmatic’s systems.
  • Perform routine data cleansing tasks such as merging duplicate opportunities and updating incomplete data fields.
  • Coordinate with with the internal finance team on non-payment notices of cancellation and reinstatements.
  • Monitor and follow up on all notices of cancellation internally and externally.
  • Establish and maintain knowledge base articles for best practices on customer data handling, storing, and processes.


About you
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers of all levels.
  • Mid-level experience with Excel.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and Slack preferred, but not required.
  • Highly organized self-starter who isn’t hesitant to ask questions.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and solve problems creatively
