Marketing Executive (Hybrid)

As PR and Marketing Executive you will be supporting the PR team in monitoring media coverage, planning content along with supporting on events and webinars. This hybrid role requires a creative and energetic junior marketer who wants to develop their career in marketing. 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Event Team Support 

• Assist the Sponsorship and Partnership Manager in promoting and delivering Fastmarkets’ attendance at conference and trade shows 
• Coordinate event collateral, such as brochures, signage and promotional materials 

Webinar and Digital Content Execution  

• Assist with the set-up of webinars by setting up the platform, registration pages, liaising with internal and external speakers and coordinating with campaign teams on creating promotional materials.  
• Help with the running of webinars, including running rehearsals, monitoring questions and running polls, as well as ensuring a high-quality delivery of content.   
• Running post-webinar production, including reporting, setting up replay pages and monitoring the follow-up of leads.  
• Maintaining the webinar calendar, including aligning the webinar schedule with the broader marketing calendar to avoid conflicts with other campaigns or events. 

PR and Content Creation 

• Liaise with internal experts for commentary for events and press releases 
• Drive digital PR efforts, manage the newsroom media coverage sections on Fastmarkets.com 
• Manage the press room at Fastmarkets’ events 
• Develop PR materials to generate media coverage 

Ad hoc marketing support 

• Support the wider marketing team on key initiatives across product marketing, demand generation, social media, website and content

• 1 year professional working experience in an office setting 
• Interest and passion about all things marketing & PR 
• Digital literacy: familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing and PR
