Your key responsibilities as an Assistant Finance Manager will include:

• Overseeing finance operations across APAC and European subsidiaries, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes in NetSuite.
• Preparing monthly management accounts and reports according to the accounting timetable.
• Independently analysing financial data to develop solutions for complex financial challenges.
• Managing compliance with local reporting standards while ensuring corporate policy adherence.
• Preparing financial statements aligned with IFRS, AAS, and GAAP, and leading statutory audit activities.
• Partnering with key stakeholders across different regions to drive financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Assistant Finance Manager:

• You must be CA, ACCA, or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• You will have experience preparing financial statements, balance schedules, and P&L variance analysis.
• You should have a strong background in general ledger accounting, financial systems, and controls.
• You need a thorough understanding of compliance with local reporting standards and corporate policies.
• You will have expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
