Life Enrichment Coordinator

As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in nurturing a lively community and enhancing the overall well-being of our Independent Living residents. If you possess a creative flair, a genuine passion for enriching the experiences of others, designing memorable activities and organizing exciting adventures for our residents. Duties:
  • Initiate and organize a diverse range of activities to cater to the interests and well-being of senior residents.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during all activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to consistently maintain high standards for activity scheduling, aligning with policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of activity programs, tracking individual resident participation and progress towards established care plan goals.
  • Assist in the coordination of special events, outings, and group activities to promote socialization and community engagement in all areas.
  • Work closely with residents, families, and staff to gather feedback and suggestions for future activities, adapting programs to meet evolving needs.


Requirements:
  • Experience in organizing and implementing activities for seniors preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by seniors.
  • Flexibility and creativity to adapt activities to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Proactively takes initiative and works comfortably on their own.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance in senior living communities is a plus.

$23 - $25 an hour
