About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to lead and execute programs that drive customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and advocacy. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, customer experience, and revenue impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Services, Product Marketing, and Product to build and scale customer-focused initiatives. 

Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 9 months.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated customer marketing programs to support retention, expansion, and advocacy goals. 
  • Partner with Client Services, Product, and Sales to deliver campaigns that nurture customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. 
  • Create and maintain a customer communication strategy (email, webinars, newsletters, etc.) to inform and engage. 
  • Build and manage customer communities, advisory boards, and user groups where applicable. 
  • Track, measure, and report on program performance and customer marketing KPIs (e.g. CSAT, engagement, retention). 
  • Work with Product Marketing to surface customer insights and success stories for go-to-market efforts. 
  • Collaborate with Sales to leverage advocates and reference accounts in the sales cycle. 
  • Collaborate with the PR and Communications team on customer advocacy programs including case studies, testimonials, reviews, references, and customer awards. 
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product and strategy decisions. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing. 
  • Proven success in building and scaling customer marketing and advocacy programs. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing marketing performance metrics. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. 
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating remarkable experiences. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry. 
  • Familiarity with community platforms and customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Influitive). 
  • Experience managing customer events and virtual engagements.
