Project Coordinator (PMO)

We are looking for passionate, multi-talented Project Coordinator (PMO) who will be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, supporting the activities of the Senior PMs, managing/handling vendors, managing new hiring onboarding process and resource allocation along with monitoring the corresponding financial aspects. The candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within the Banking sector, to participate in complex projects as well as to interact with internal and external teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting the Senior Project Managers. 
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings. 
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. 
  • Providing administrative support as needed. 
  • Handling vendors and financial queries/activities. 
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. 
  • Update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value. 
  • Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible. 
  • Liaising with clients to determine the project’s objectives and manage expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience on Project Coordination roles. 
  • Prepare weekly status updates for the projects and inform project stakeholders 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. 
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial character. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and writing skills in Greek and English.
