Our digital rental application offers a safe and seamless way to apply and get approved for your next home. We specialize in developing software and services for property managers nationwide, empowering them to deliver exceptional service to renters, while evaluating applications with unmatched speed and precision.
The Team
The core function of the Implementation team is to ensure that customers can seamlessly begin operations on our platform as soon as possible. Beyond the traditional day-to-day responsibilities of project management, the team is responsible for helping our Engineering and Product teams determine customer pain points to ensure quality and speed in the onboarding process.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with a range of customers and be responsible for successfully deploying Findigs in complex enterprise-level software environments. You’ll leverage previous project management expertise and strong relationship management to decrease onboarding time and increase customer growth.
Where you will make an impact: - Work with our customers to understand their goals and requirements; apply this knowledge in guiding customers through best practices to ensure long-term success with the Findigs platform
- Identify tools, processes, and project management methodologies to enable a seamless launch and implementation of the Findigs platform for all customers
- Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party partner resources by establishing and managing project plans and associated timelines for each customer onboarding
- Conduct basic account set-up for each customer within the Findigs platform, and serve as a trusted product advisor to identify and resolve configuration issues that arise during the onboarding phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to achieve smooth onboarding and strong customer experience
- Contribute to continuous product improvement by collecting and relaying product feedback requests to our Product and Engineering teams, advocating for customer needs in the product prioritization process, and providing feedback on features in development.
- Travel to customer locations as needed
Qualifications of a successful candidate:- 5+ years in a customer-facing role and/or project management
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and the ability to align project initiatives with sales objectives and customer requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a high-growth SaaS start-up, understanding the unique challenges and developing solutions to address them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information and communicate across various levels of an organization, both internal and customer-facing
- Speed, resourcefulness and agility when operating in new spaces.
- Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time
Nice-to-haves:- Experience working with property management systems
- PMP Certification
- Familiarity with work streams involved to launch new products

$135,000 - $160,000 a year
Compensation disclosure as required by NYC Pay Transparency Law.
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
