We’re looking for Retail Associates based in Texas, United States to join our growing team of Virtual Shopping Experts! As a Retail Associate, you will connect with shoppers through live, one-on-one virtual consultations, helping them find the perfect products to fit their needs. Whether you’re a seasoned retail professional or an expert in customer service, this role offers a new way to connect and engage with customers—all from the comfort of your home.

• Provide live, personalized virtual shopping assistance to customers via video chat.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, recommending products, and guiding shoppers through their purchase journey.
• Become an expert on the brands and products you represent, staying up to date on features and benefits.
• Build trust with shoppers by providing friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service.
• Work collaboratively with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals.

• You have 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or virtual assistance.
• You’re passionate about customer experience and love helping people find the perfect product.
• Comfortable speaking on live video chats and engaging in real-time customer conversations.
• Tech-savvy—able to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Able to work remotely with access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Reside in Texas, United States (this role is only open to candidates based in Texas).
• Flexible availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.

• Pay Rate: $10 - $13/hour (depending on experience).
• Job Type: Part-time, Contract (project-based gigs).
• Hours: 15 - 30 hours per week (with potential for more).
• Schedule: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts (based on project needs).
• Location: Remote (Texas Only).

The pay range for this role is $10-$13 per hour.  The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
