Job Summary
As a Multifamily Strategic Analyst for Acendion Capital & Development, you will plan and lead the analysis of company operations, as well as external market activity, in such a way that the organization accomplishes its annual and long-term strategic objectives.

These skills will be used to:
- Develop the template for future analysis for property evaluation/competition studies and complete market analyses for Acendion’s active and future regions.
- Create and lead the Five-Year Forecast for Acendion, leveraging data and analysis to provide recommendations to reach strategic goals.
- Research and find demographic information, historical sales data, economic data, inventory analysis, and other data to forecast strategic positioning needs and identify trends in the multifamily market and land development.
- Analyze data to complete miscellaneous analyses and reports as needed.
- Create presentations and present findings to senior leadership.
- Communicate effectively internally across departments and externally with competitors and data providers.
Required Qualifications:
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in residential forecasting and analysis.
- Four (4) year degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Market Research or a related field.
Physical demands and work environment:
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
