Customer Service Representative (KC connector) with sales

their operating costs by reducing high overtime wages and eliminating costly staffing

agencies. The company will be the first labor marketplace in the United States that is

exclusively focused on post-acute facilities. Using its technology, the company will match

certified caregivers and nurses with senior care and medical facilities who need extra staff

on a per shift basis.

Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

 Provide excellent customer service to our HEROES by contacting our Support

Center via phone line, chat, and/or any other contact method established.

 Use resources to find information and solve problems that emerge

 Manage time to give appropriate attention to all duties

 Finds new ways to tackle problems and brings creative solutions

 Recruit US-based caregivers to use our app and encourage them to apply

for shifts.

 Timely follow-up at all stages of the HEROES recruitment process to provide the

best possible candidate experience.

 Answer questions and address any problems raised by our HEROES.

 Keep records of HEROES interactions or transactions, recording details of

inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions that are taken.

 Coordination with different departments to solidify the achievement of the

established objectives.

Attention to detail Manage profiles and accounts with timely and continuous follow

up minimizing margins of error.

 Attend and participate in department meetings and trainings. Adopt an open mind

in environment and activities where all ideas are valued.

 Suggest improvements related to assigned activities and functions such as

execution processes, system and platform enhancements, etc.

Requirements and background Experience:

Work Schedule:

 Work schedules are assigned based on Client and business need, full availability

required.

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Support/Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Education.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Mastery of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Adaptability to a start-up environment
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex challenges even when not given much direction

Nice to have experience:

  • Teaching background experience, English teacher a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree can be complete or unfinished

  • Christmas Bonus: 30 days, to be paid in December.
