Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to our HEROES by contacting our Support
Center via phone line, chat, and/or any other contact method established.
Use resources to find information and solve problems that emerge
Manage time to give appropriate attention to all duties
Finds new ways to tackle problems and brings creative solutions
Recruit US-based caregivers to use our app and encourage them to apply
for shifts.
Timely follow-up at all stages of the HEROES recruitment process to provide the
best possible candidate experience.
Answer questions and address any problems raised by our HEROES.
Keep records of HEROES interactions or transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions that are taken.
Coordination with different departments to solidify the achievement of the
established objectives.
Attention to detail Manage profiles and accounts with timely and continuous follow
up minimizing margins of error.
Attend and participate in department meetings and trainings. Adopt an open mind
in environment and activities where all ideas are valued.
Suggest improvements related to assigned activities and functions such as
execution processes, system and platform enhancements, etc.
