Email Graphic Designer - Guadalajara Bilingual

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and play a key role in crafting compelling visual solutions across multiple platforms. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing brand identities, marketing collateral, social media graphics, packaging, digital ads, and print materials. A significant part of this role will involve email design and the creative execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring visually engaging and effective communication.

You will collaborate with a team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, web developers, and marketing specialists, to produce high-quality designs that align with client objectives. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative email design concepts, ensuring visually appealing, high-performing email campaigns.
• Design full-stack marketing materials, including digital and print assets, in alignment with branding guidelines.
• Conceptualize and create engaging layouts optimized for different platforms, including social media, web, and print.
• Collaborate with copywriters and other creative team members to design campaigns that are both innovative and results-driven.
• Utilize UX/UI principles to enhance user experience in digital design projects, particularly in email marketing.
• Ensure all email designs are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for various email clients.
• Work with print production specialists to ensure high-quality outputs within budget constraints.
• Maintain and evolve brand visual identities, including color palettes, typography, and overall design language.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the creative strategy for marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and design innovations to continuously enhance creative execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in email design, branding, and digital marketing collateral.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with email design tools like Figma, Sketch, or email builders (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS to enhance email templates and ensure compatibility across platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and designing for digital and print media.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to improve user engagement.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

+Experience with motion graphics and interactive email elements.

+Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

+Understanding of conversion-driven design principles in email marketing.

+Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analytics to improve design effectiveness.
