About this role…

We’re looking for a  dynamic, experienced sales manager to coach, develop and drive the performance of a team of 5+ inside sellers. If you are looking to level up your sales career with a European unicorn selling into a massive market, read on!

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and coach a team of 5+ Inside Sales Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed monthly team sales targets.

  • Own team performance by setting clear KPIs, reviewing pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity on a weekly basis.

  • Drive accountability across the team by implementing consistent sales processes, playbooks, and structured performance management.

  • Provide regular, hands-on coaching, training, and call reviews to improve rep effectiveness and shorten ramp times.

  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships and Revenue Operations to ensure a healthy pipeline of high-quality leads is flowing into your team.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Deliver accurate team forecasting and report on key metrics to senior leadership.

  • Help scale a sales organisation by hiring and onboarding new Inside Sales team members as we grow.

You will be:

  • A proven team leader: You have at least 2+ years managing a high-performing inside sales or SMB sales team in a fast-growth environment, ideally in SaaS, tech, or the restaurant tech industry.

  • Goal-obsessed: You’re deeply motivated by hitting team quotas and understand how to create a culture of ownership and achievement.

  • A data-driven operator: You’re comfortable with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (like Salesforce and Salesloft), sales metrics, and forecasting — and you use data to diagnose issues and drive improvements.

  • An expert coach: You know how to motivate a range of personality types, coach reps with empathy and directness, and lead by example.

  • A process builder: You thrive in environments where processes are evolving, and you know how to design and implement systems that help your team scale.

  • Passionate about restaurants and tech: You believe in Flipdish’s mission to support independent restaurant businesses — and want to help them succeed.
