Associate Recruiter

As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for various positions within our company. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels including social media, job boards, and networking to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain up-to-date recruiting databases and records, tracking the progress of candidates through the hiring process.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our company and attract talent.
• Support human resources responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Enthusiasm for recruitment and a passion for helping people find their ideal job.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
