We are hiring a fabricator to form part of our manufacturing division! Candidates must have previous experience and be proficient in MIG & TIG welding. This will be a hybrid position as welder you will have welding projects but also receive training to eventually work in a fabricator role.

Daily Responsibilities

·       Work in sheet metal fabrication, bending, cutting, fitting metal, read blue-prints and completing projects

·       MIG & TIG welding with stainless steel and aluminum material on small gauge material

·       Learn how to operate machinery/equipment on a daily basis: Autoshear, auto bender, press brake, CNC punch, etc.

·       Detail and finishing on trims, metal panels, and other projects

·       Use various hand and power tools: sheet metal shears, grinders, sander, aluminum spool gun

·       Complete projects from start to finish, individually, and as a team 

Requirements

·       1-2 years' experience in Welding, specifically TIG AND MIG (24 gauge-quarter inch)

 ·       Experience with the following: measuring, cutting metal, reading blue-prints, machinery/ tools

·        Experience with some fabrication equipment and machinery: using lathes, notchers, shears, press brakes, shears, etc.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines 

·        Has reliable transportation

·        Willing to submit background check and drug test*
