Together, they drive the strategic direction of the company, and we are now looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our team and work alongside our current EA.

What We’re Looking For: 

The ideal person for this role will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has an exceptional eye for detail, and is able to manage multiple tasks with ease. You’ll need to be a problem solver, a strong communicator, and someone who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. 

Most importantly, you'll have the ability to step in and help wherever needed, whether it’s assisting with high level executive support or coordinating a last minute meeting or event. 

You’ll be working closely with our other EA, and while you will have specific executives that you work with regularly, there’s plenty of room for flexibility and collaboration. Both of you will work together seamlessly to ensure the entire Executive Leadership Team is supported at all times.

What Will You Do? 

As our Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations of the Executive Leadership Team. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the ELT, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and overseeing correspondence. 

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our other Executive Assistant to ensure seamless support for the entire leadership team, swapping responsibilities and providing back-up when necessary. 

• Communication Management: Be a point of contact for our Executive Directors, handling their inquiries and drafting communications on their behalf. 

• Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, from booking locations and organising presentations to setting up the necessary tech for video calls. 

• Travel Management: Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure everything is in place for smooth business trips. 

• Event Planning: Coordinate ELT offsites, dinners, and team-building activities to foster collaboration and team spirit. 

• Office Management: Make sure the ELT office is fully stocked and runs smoothly, taking care of ad hoc requests as they arise. 

• Special Projects: Assist with various ELT initiatives, helping with report production, action point tracking and other key projects. 

What You’ll Need: 

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior leaders. 

• Proven ability to manage complex diaries and schedules. 

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Microsoft Office and Teams. 

• A self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently but also as part of a team. 

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• A calm and flexible approach, with a positive, proactive attitude. 

• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience working with a private equity backed company or in a rapidly growing business. 

• Familiarity with supporting an Executive Leadership Team during periods of transformation or significant change.
