Job Title: QA Analyst

Salary: Up to £35,000 plus benefits (depending on experience)

Location: Shoreham-by-Sea (Hybrid - 1 day a week in office)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive and analytical QA Analyst who can design and implement effective testing strategies, work closely with developers and stakeholders, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of our systems, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What Will You Do?

As our QA Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating test plans based on acceptance criteria from scope documents.
• Performing acceptance, regression, and smoke testing.
• Writing and integrating automated tests using Cypress.
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Measuring and monitoring application performance.
• Maintaining process documentation and contributing to release notes.
• Supporting the UAT process and escalating issues as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in a QA or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Cypress).
• High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
• A team-oriented, problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in billing or CRM systems or similar industries.
• Background in software development environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira.
