Are you ready to take charge and make a real impact in our dietary team? We're seeking a Lead Dietary Aide who will be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring our patients receive top-notch service and nutrition. You'll be at the forefront of meal service delivery, overseeing task assignments, and maintaining a seamless flow in our unit. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will shine as you set up patient meals with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide clear direction and support to our dietary aid staff, guiding them through daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations.

• Meal Preparation: Take ownership of preparing and maintaining serving lines, ensuring all dishes, hot and cold food items are ready to go.

• Patient Care: Assemble patient trays according to dietary requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

• Supervision: Oversee dietary servers, offering guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to strict safety and sanitation practices to meet regulatory standards.

Basic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office and online client management systems preferred.

ServSafe Certified Preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.

Previous leadership experience in a similar role preferred.

Knowledge of various diets is a plus.

Hourly wage range: $17-$18
