Our Knowledge Management Specialists are responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing our company’s knowledge base systems. This role ensures that information is accurate, accessible, and well-organized by developing and updating documentation, managing content within the platform, and implementing best practices for knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, clear, and user-friendly content that incorporates effective SEO techniques to enhance visibility.
• Refine and update existing website content to ensure it remains relevant and accurate.
• Oversee the migration of updated technical literature content, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Conduct thorough editing and proofreading of new content prior to publication to maintain high standards of quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to gather valuable insights and synthesize information effectively.
• Pursue ongoing professional development in content design and technology to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

• Effective written and communication skills.
• The ability to manage large volumes of information effectively.
• Adept at researching and crafting clear, informative content.
• Demonstrated the capability to swiftly grasp and comprehend complex subject matter.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively apply knowledge in similar situations using critical thinking to create clear and relevant content.
• Proficient in writing user-focused instructional documents, including manuals and guides.
• Possessing a keen eye for design, composition, and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensures quality in design and adherence to brand guidelines in all materials.
• Manages multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
• Experienced in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and presentation software to boost productivity.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $40,000 USD - $66,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
