Pay Range: $68,640 to $74,500 per year

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To learn all aspects of fryer production operations to become able to supervise employees and all fryer ranch functions. 

• “Hands-on” training in all aspects of fryer production.                                 
• Controlling and maintaining bird health with aid of all available
• resources. 
• Monitoring all ranch grow out functions. 
• Insuring accurate coordination and/or completion of labor needs
• Becoming knowledgeable about personnel related activities (i.e., employee relations, labor laws, accident investigations, etc.)
• Learn to conduct employee orientations and/ or training.                  

• Strong Animal Science background (a Bachelor of Science Degree in Poultry/Animal Science, Ag-Business or related field preferred).  
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills. 
• Must have strong leadership/supervisor skills with the ability to act independently and be able to evaluate fairly and objectively.
• Must be able to work flexible work schedules as needed to include weekends, holidays, late and early morning hours.
• Must have good computer skills and the ability to create and analyze data.
• Ability to interface with all support groups, departments and upper management.
• Must be able to work independently/ unsupervised and have strong time management skills.
• Must have a valid Class C Driver’s License and maintain a good DMV driving record.
• Must be able to follow and enforce all company policies and guidelines including bio-security and animal welfare policies and guidelines. 
• Must be detailed oriented and have a strong mechanical, mathematical and analytical aptitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
