IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager on our Project Team to serve as one of the key go-to persons between Sales and Service Delivery, and is chiefly responsible for the technical design, delivery and implementation of customized projects to onboarding new clients. We are looking for a well organized, client-centric, tech-savvy candidate with prior MSP or SaaS experience. You will be sweeping new clients off their feet by working autonomously to deliver a high level of communication, roll out MSP tools, document environments, and deliver next-gen training. The successful candidate will be one, who has a passion for technology, and an engrained capacity to serve customers by providing, a true ‘concept to completion’ project experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing system procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Plan, execute and successfully deliver on concurrent technology projects
• Troubleshoot, maintain and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource plans and project estimates in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Assess client IT environments and implement infrastructure solutions based on a Windows platform and Microsoft Server software.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor core services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, IIS, SQL Server 2019 or newer and Hyper-V replication.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve issues generated from server hardware, server software, virtualization software, storage hardware and cloud platforms.
• Work under limited direction with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement
• Other reasonable services associated with the planning, deployment, installation, administration, and onboarding of varied IT infrastructures

• Excellent troubleshooting skills around systems administration, virtualization and networking.
• Good technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards, including LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, MPID, FC
• Proficiency with Firewalls and perimeter security, Storage Area Network architecture, windows servers and enterprise domains.
• Basic scripting knowledge of VB or PowerShell.
• Possess integrated product knowledge and strong customer liaison skills.
• Able to provide technical mentorship and coordinate team efforts as needed skills and attributes.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
