This role requires a highly skilled and motivated IT level 2 technician to provide exceptional technical support. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to help desk tickets, setting up new workstations, and assisting with AV setups. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service oriented approach. They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
