Lead Generation and Proposal Specialist

The Lead Generation and Proposal Specialist is a key role within our organization, focusing on  driving growth through strategic client engagement, supporting sales activities, assisting in  proposal generation, and enhancing our brand visibility. This role involves collaboration across departments to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales Support (50%)
  1. Actively engage in generating leads and supporting the sales team with both inbound and  outbound calls
  2. Conduct client demos, responding to client inquiries and supporting the sales team with  client outreach efforts.
  3. Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools and maintaining  detailed records of client interactions.
  4. Identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring the alignment of client needs with company  offerings.

 

  • Proposal Generation and RFP Efforts (30%)
  1. Collaborate with the proposal team to assist in drafting, editing, and formatting proposals,  focusing on RFP responses and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  2. Research and gather relevant information, ensuring proposals are both competitive and  tailored to each potential client.
  3. Track and coordinate proposal timelines, keeping relevant stakeholders informed and  contributing to proposal reviews.

 

  • Marketing and Event Support (20%)
  1. Support the internal marketing team by developing engaging marketing and social media  content.
  2. Contribute to the preparation and logistics for trade shows, industry events, and other  marketing activities.
  3. Assist in gathering, organizing, and creating content for promotional materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused  approach
  • Experience in lead generation and sales support, including familiarity with CRM  software
  • Proficiency in proposal generation, RFP processes, and deadline management
  • Understanding of marketing principles, with experience in content creation for social  media and event planning
  • Academic Background in sales, business or marketing is desired
  • Experience in technology, AI, digital and sales is considered an asset

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm EST
