Office Administrative Assistant III (Full Time)
Location: Tallahassee, FL (in-office)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary plus benefits package (see below for details)
Summary of Qualifications:

- 3+ years of professional administrative experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of professional experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to commute to our Tallahassee office Monday - Friday

About this position: We are looking to strengthen our operations by adding an Administrative Assistant to the team. This person will perform a variety of customer service and administrative tasks such as routing calls to the proper destination, maintaining and updating information for our audit and policy services departments, taking EFT payments from policyholders, and monitoring company email accounts. We are open to training the right person, but there are a few non-negotiable skills we are looking for.

Essential Tasks of the Office Administrative Assistant III:
General
- Answer phones and route calls to proper destination using coverage chart
- Assist with general correspondence/requests via email
- Pick up/drop off mail as needed
- Deposit and enter customer payments into the company software system
- Maintain customer electronic files and database
Audit
- Check temp folder, log, and print new audits as needed
- Save certified letters to audit folder
- Print and mail fully processed audit invoices
- Email final audit invoices to agents
- Email audit worksheets to agents and policyholders as requested
- Print and mail audit auto-endorsements
Policy Services
- Take EFT payments by phone
- Enter new policies into PAL
- Process FUBA Workers’ Comp returned mail and address change endorsements
- Contact policyholders and agents to obtain drug-free workplace and safety premium credit recertification applications
- Review underwriting files for compliant drug-free workplace and safety applications for newly bound policies; reach out as needed.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years' professional office experience beyond school
- Has 3+ years' customer service experience
- Has 3+ years' professional experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Is computer-savvy and capable of picking up new programs quickly
- Enjoys both collaborating with others and working autonomously depending on the day’s needs
- Is curious and willing to learn about this specific branch of the insurance industry
- Can commute to our Tallahassee-based office
- Can work 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday, and 9:00am – 4:00pm on Fridays
