Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll own the strategic narrative, positioning, and execution that will define our market impact. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Client Success—ensuring our solutions not only reach the right audiences but resonate deeply, drive adoption, and fuel business success.

What You'll Do
· Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with Fuel50’s business objectives.
· Scale the Product Marketing function, establishing best practices, frameworks, and processes for effective execution.
· Create outcome-focused go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
· Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate Fuel50 in the market.
· Own market research efforts to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, ensuring our solutions remain relevant and innovative.
· Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer insights and market demand.
· Enable Sales and Client Success teams with training, sales collateral, and tools that communicate the value of our products effectively.
· Responsible for setting the strategy and seamless execution of all go-to-market launches.
· Work closely with our Content Marketer to develop case studies, and client success stories that strengthen Fuel50’s market position.
· Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience
· Proven experience in a senior product marketing role within a SaaS or HR technology company.
· A strategic thinker with a strong ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes.
· Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging.
· Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
· Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and measure marketing effectiveness.
· Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a track record of establishing and scaling a Product Marketing function.
· Brings a sense of urgency and isn’t afraid to move quickly.
