Key Responsibilities:

• Admin Support: Email management, calendar scheduling, and CRM updates.
• Social Media Management: Scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and drafting captions.
• Content Creation: Designing visuals with Canva AI and writing copy with ChatGPT.
• Copywriting: Producing effective ad copy, blog drafts, and newsletters.
• Workflow Automation: Streamlining repetitive tasks with Zapier and other automation tools.

• Experience scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and drafting captions for various platforms.
• Ability to produce compelling ad copy, blog drafts, and newsletters with a focus on clear and engaging content.
• Skilled in creating visuals using Canva AI and writing copy with tools like ChatGPT.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use Zapier to streamline and automate administrative marketing tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various team needs.
