Warehouse Operations Team Lead to oversee and support the activities within the Distribution Center. This role ensures that Distribution staff perform their duties efficiently and accurately while taking the necessary steps to exceed expectations and fulfill commitments to both internal and external clients.

• Support and promote the Fullscript/Natural Partners Core Values. 
• Troubleshooting issues in the work area and resolving in an appropriate manner, as well as communicating with other departments when necessary. 
• Ensure that the department is maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Full engagement in the department workflow, including receiving product, inventory control,  picking, auditing, packing, and shipping orders.
• It is expected that the Warehouse Operations Team Lead stay 100% active in our processes and productive at all times during their working shift.
• Setting a positive example for the Distribution staff by working with a sense of urgency and integrity at all times.
• Supervision, assistance, and coordination of all Distribution personnel to ensure procedures are adhered to, and business commitments are met and exceeded. 
• Document and communicate to the department Manager(s) and fellow Distribution Center Leads any process or personnel issues that may arise in the work area. 
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.  
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-3 years of relevant warehouse experience 
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with various team members.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service, verbal, and written skills
• Experience in a Distribution Center ora fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Quality Assurance
• Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems in a warehouse environment
• Relationship-building skills and maintaining a partnership function
