We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful PR Research Assistant to join our team.

Media lists are essential tools for PR professionals, encompassing detailed information about journalists, podcasters, and influencers, including their publications, beats, contact information, and other relevant details.
You will work closely with our PR team to identify key media contacts across various industries, ensuring our outreach strategies are targeted and effective.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in research, leveraging online tools and databases to compile accurate and up-to-date information.
You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining comprehensive media lists tailored to specific campaigns, ensuring they are segmented by audience and aligned with our PR objectives. Additionally, you will be proactive in tracking updates and changes in the media landscape, such as journalist movements and emerging influencers, to keep our lists dynamic and relevant. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting impactful PR initiatives.
You will receive guidance and direction from our experienced team, helping you understand the nuances of our campaigns and the specific media contacts we aim to target. Assigned Personnel will bring their own equipment, other than software and tools required to be provided by the Client.
