Your mission

As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include generating high-quality leads, nurturing them through automated workflows, and optimizing conversion rates across various channels.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, ensuring timely engagement with prospects.
• Analyze customer touchpoints (websites, landing pages, forms, etc.) to improve user experience and increase conversion rates (CRO).
• Design and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to engage high-value accounts and convert them into customers.
• Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across various marketing channels in collaboration with the broader Marketing team to generate high-quality leads.
• Establish and refine analytics via tools to measure performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with external teams to implement and manage ad-hoc PPC campaigns.
• Coordinate with the broader Marketing and Business teams to ensure that growth strategies are aligned with the overall business and marketing objectives, ensuring coherence and maximizing impact across all initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a closely related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and customer acquisition through targeted marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, driven to apply a wide range of expertise to achieve maximum output and business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
• Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead nurturing strategies.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and multi-channel lead generation.
• Ability to manage PPC campaigns and understand paid advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and Excel to derive insights and improve strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
