Head of Client Success - 12m FTC Maternity Cover (March 2025 Start)

What you'll be doing…

A new opportunity has arisen to join Future as a Head of Client Success on a 12-month maternity cover basis - this role would be to Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Client Success Co-ordinators and Managers, who are responsible for post-sale delivery of Branded Content and Creative Solutions—providing continuous improvement to the team and their output. Solving issues that affect the operational capabilities of the team. Defining and implementing best practice processes, workflows, and SLAs to deliver project management capabilities across the team. Reporting to the Commercial Director of Operations, you ll be responsible for resource planning and deployment. Maintaining oversight of projects and workload across the team translating corporate goals into commercial strategy and leading the team to achieve this. 

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

• Data-driven, analytical, and strategic thinker, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills including incredible attention to detail and the ability to multitask 
• Strong ability to liaise with all internal and external clients
• Campaign/Project Management experience on high volume, high-value multi-channel bookings. 
• Strong knowledge of all reporting platforms including Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and 3rd party traffic drivers
• Strong knowledge of project and account management best practices, as well as digital media products, standards, and best practices
• Performs role through a sales strategy lens that puts the client’s needs first while protecting the interests of the business 
• Strong organizational habits including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internal and client-facing
• Able to establish a consistent approach to manage team performance and output.
