Description

We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our performance marketing efforts and support company-wide growth. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to the Head of Growth, bringing creativity, rigour, and drive to help scale our products and reach. You’ll work across B2C and B2B channels to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention for both donors and charity partners.

You thrive in a fast-paced, impact-led environment, where autonomy and collaboration go hand in hand. You’re just as comfortable deep in analytics dashboards as you are brainstorming campaign ideas. You know how to blend brand and performance to drive measurable results.

What we expect from you as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager:

• Demonstrable experience in growth or digital/ marketing roles ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
• Growth mindset and have led on organic and paid marketing campaigns and growth experiments
• Strong understanding of SEO, Paid social, digital advertising, and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Meta, GA)
• Write, edit, and collaborate on high-converting copy across channels — especially email and website content
• Solid experience managing CRM and email marketing tools (Customer.io or similar)
• Track record of A/B testing and performance optimisation
• Excellent communicator and collaborator across marketing, product, and design teams
• Confident interpreting data, identifying growth opportunities, and executing solutions
• A self-starter mindset, with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Bonus if you bring experience in tech for good, donor engagement, or seasonal campaigns like Ramadan.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and Execute Growth Campaigns: Develop and run cross-channel marketing strategies that drive user growth and retention across our key products (MyTenNights, MyTenDays, MyFridays) ensuring strong ROI. 
• CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize automated and campaign-based email journeys to engage, retain, and re-engage users, especially around key donation periods like Ramadan and Dhul Hijjah.
• Website and Content Ownership: Oversee content updates and ensure our digital presence is clear, impactful, and optimised for performance.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse user journeys and conversion funnels; iterate on campaigns based on clear KPIs and insights.
• Growth Experimentation: Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate assumptions and scale what works.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to align marketing efforts with business goals and product priorities.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring new ideas to the table, stay current with digital marketing innovations, and apply best practices to optimize performance.
