About this Position
G-P is seeking a Sr. Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to drive and extend G-P’s industry-leading AR program. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and managing analyst engagements and research evaluations with key HR tech, global employment, AI and future of work analysts at IDC, Forrester and Gartner, as well as key industry-focused and boutique analyst firms. The Sr. AR manager will serve as a subject matter expert and should be comfortable discussing product and industry narratives with both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the global strategic and day-to-day analyst relations program
Strengthen relationships with key industry analysts at IDC, Forrester and Gartner, as well as key industry-focused and boutique analyst firms
Manage all company analyst touchpoints (including email updates, inquiries, briefings and in-person meetings at industry events/conferences) to ensure consistent messaging and maximize strategic impact
Develop messaging and materials for analyst engagements, including briefings and presentations
Lead coordination and response to key industry market analysis evaluation reports and planned research
Collaborate with relevant internal cross-functional teams (e.g. product marketing) and external partners, including an AR agency
Support communications and thought leadership efforts, such as product awards and presentations and content for product-related speaking opportunities, in partnership with other members of the communications team.
Monitor and share relevant industry analyst coverage to contribute to internal communications and sales enablement content (e.g., newsletters, company meetings).
Contribute to quarterly communications and marketing dashboards and reporting.
What We're Looking For:
Master’s/bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields
Proven experience building and managing B2B technology analyst relations programs
Demonstrated ability engaging with C-level and senior executive leadership across marketing and product
Experience in the B2B tech, HR tech and/or AI technologies sectors is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $105,600.00 - $132,000.00 plus variable compensation.
