Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, training, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy these models in production environments and continuously monitor and improve their effectiveness

Critical skills

• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models
• Experience with data management, data, and building pipelines
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks or similar technologies
• Deep expertise in at least one area of Machine Learning and AI
• Excellent proficiency in Python, working with various libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, and Flask), and creating clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Skilled at integrating Python with databases, APIs, and other technologies.
• Proficient with version control systems like Git, and experienced in DevOps practices such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), along with tools like Kubernetes or Jenkins
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability in solving complex technical challenges, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering projects on time
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• A strong understanding of security, compliance and privacy on Data Lakehouse and enterprise applications
• Experience with multimodal AI systems
• Strong track record of delivering impactful machine learning solutions in production environments
• Experience managing projects from initial architectural design through to full production implementation, with a focus on delivering scalable, high-performance solutions

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience or a combination of work experience and advanced education, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Master's/PhD plus 4+ years of experience
