Your Impact

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Manager of Client Finance to join our global finance team. You will be instrumental in driving client relationships, building strong, value-add bonds with the client, external vendors and internal stakeholders from the executive leadership team on down. You will regularly oversee multiple, client-focused projects across an integrated spectrum and support client services, production, PR/influencer, Finance and Global business operations, Leadership teams with strategic initiatives.


What you will be doing
  • Strategic Planning: In partnership with the client partner team, business and/or domain leads, you will work on execution of financial strategies, making sure that budgets are managed and reconciled effectively, client investments in media and production are tracked, forecasts are accurate, and overall financial goals are closely aligned with client objectives.
  • Budget Management & Reporting: In this role, you will oversee the tracking and overall management of client budgets (BCR’s) throughout the entire project lifecycle. This will involve ensuring that all media and production expenditures are within budget and making adjustments as necessary if scope changes occur.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with clients, project managers, producers, vendors, and senior leadership, you will ensure smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders. This will involve collaborating to integrate financial strategies with project objectives, addressing any financial issues as they arise, and spotting opportunities to improve efficiency or resource allocation. This collaboration ensures that projects run smoothly and achieve the desired financial outcomes.


Who you are
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client finance within an advertising agency, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record in managing internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Proficiency in financial & marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Note: Hybrid work in office is an essential function of the job.
