Galli Law, PLLC is excited to announce an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Syracuse, New York. Our law firm is recognized for offering a comprehensive range of legal services, including real estate, litigation, and family law. The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting our legal staff, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. This is an FLSA non-exempt position with a starting hourly pay rate of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
The hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing weekends and holidays off.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, greet clients, and provide a warm and professional first point of contact for all visitors.
- Maintain office organization by performing general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for attorneys and other staff members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure that all necessary information is collected and documented.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as required to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Support the legal team with various administrative projects and tasks.
- Perform other duties as required to support the firm's operations and client services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
