Galli Law, PLLC, based in Syracuse, New York, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is an FLSA exempt position with a starting annual salary of $60,500.00 per year.

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparation for trials, hearings, and meetings by drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Manage case files, including organizing documents and maintaining an effective filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Prepare and review pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal correspondence in compliance with court rules and deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and manage case-related inquiries.
- Assist in the discovery process, including preparing and serving discovery requests and coordinating the production of documents.
- Conduct legal research using various online databases to support case strategies and arguments.
- Prepare trial binders and exhibits, coordinate logistics for court appearances, and assist attorneys during trial proceedings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a litigation-focused paralegal role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and software applications such as Westlaw.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal concepts and build client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in all legal documentation and filings.
