We are seeking an experienced Partner Channel Manager to lead the development of strategic partnerships and drive lead generation through referral channels. This key role involves building and nurturing relationships with consulting firms, other software vendors, and prominent organizations. The Partner Channel Manager will focus on cultivating referral partners to generate high-quality leads, which will be transferred to our Business development or Account Executive teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (an MBA is considered a strong asset);
Over 5 years of experience in partner channel management, business development, or a similar role within the IT or software industry;
Proven track record in developing and managing successful partner referral programs;
Experience working with consulting firms, software vendors, and enterprise clients;
Strong understanding of WMS or related IT solutions;
Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States as needed to meet partners and attend industry events;
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management platforms;
