FI Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive FI Coordinator to join our team in Monsey. The FI (Fiscal Intermediary) Coordinator will manage administrative responsibilities for self-directed services, supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the documentation and compliance for individuals receiving self-directed services.
  • Coordinate billing, payroll processing, and budget tracking.
  • Serve as a liaison between families, brokers, and agency representatives.
  • Ensure timely submission of required paperwork to Medicaid and OPWDD.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in electronic systems.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with OPWDD services and Fiscal Intermediary operations preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management platforms.
