Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented P3 Administrator to join our team in Queens, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, coordinating between internal teams and external partners, and supporting the full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for P3 project coordination, documentation, and administration.
- Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, and compliance obligations are tracked and met in a timely manner.
- Manage contracts and agreements related to P3 projects, including amendments, renewals, and documentation control.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, budgets, and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to appropriate leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project administration or management, ideally within a P3 or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of P3 frameworks, contractual agreements, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
