Social Skills Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Skills Coordinator to design and implement social skills programming for children and young adults with developmental disabilities at our Monsey location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead individual and group social skills sessions.
  • Create customized curriculum focusing on communication, peer relationships, and social problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, families, and schools to tailor programming.
  • Monitor participant progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Provide staff training on best practices in social skills development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and program development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
