• Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 7am - 3pm EST
• Experience: At least 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on M&A or PE

🎯 Your Goal: Support the M&A team and Board in acquisition decision-making through detailed financial analysis and reporting. Your day includes analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights that drive acquisition decisions.

1. You're an Analytical Expert:

• You have strong financial analysis capabilities using Excel and Gen AI tools
• You bring experience analyzing business financials with a focus on M&A/PE
• You understand SaaS business models and metrics
• You know the Brazilian/LATAM markets

2. You're a Financial Reporting Pro:

• You can prepare comprehensive financial reports
• You excel at data analysis and financial modeling
• You're skilled at presenting financial findings clearly
• You maintain strong attention to detail in documentation

3. You're Multilingual:

• You're extremely fluent in Portuguese
• You communicate professionally in English
• You can handle cross-border communications effectively
• You present clearly in both languages

5. You're Self-Driven:

• You demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive mindset

• You're available during EST business hours (7am-3pm)
