💎 The Opportunity: We're seeking a talented Director of Sales on a full-time basis to join our premier staffing company in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential. We are an established staffing company providing comprehensive IT and engineering staffing solutions to Fortune 500 companies through our three Delivery Centers across the United States. This role offers the chance to build your own sales team while developing lasting client relationships across diverse industries.

  • Salary: $1,800 - $2,300 per month + uncapped commission with performance bonuses 💸💸
  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: PST
  • Experience: At least 5 years experience as a Sales Director for a Staffing Agency

🎯 Your Goal: As the Director of Sales - Staffing IT & Engineering, you will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead your sales team to success. You will find new clients, grow existing accounts, and help companies get the right IT and engineering talent. Your day will involve coaching your team members, managing sales from start to finish, and building strong partnerships with clients. To succeed, you'll need resilience, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in staffing sales.

1. You're a Strong Sales Leader in Staffing

  • You have 5+ years of real sales experience in staffing agencies/hr agencies
  • You have successfully built and grown sales in different areas
  • You are good at teaching others how to succeed in sales

2. You Know the Staffing Business Well

  • You have worked in staffing agencies/hr agencies and understand how they work
  • You can talk confidently with hiring managers about their needs
  • You are good at finding the right people for difficult job requirements

3. You're an Organized Leader Who Communicates Well

  • You create clear steps to help your team succeed
  • You always look for ways to improve and grow
  • You communicate clearly with everyone - clients, job seekers, and team members
  • 💰 Competitive Compensation:
    Earn between $1,800 - $2,300 monthly (based on experience) + uncapped commission with performance bonuses
