As our Recruiting Intake Coordinator, you’ll be the first voice candidates hear, handling high-volume phone screens, organizing interviews, and driving key recruiting processes — all while repping the Genz Ryan culture like a boss.
What You’ll Do:
- Candidate Connector: Follow up with every applicant across multiple platforms with urgency and enthusiasm. Post roles, screen candidates, and keep interviews running like clockwork.
- Onboarding Organizer: Own the new hire process — send paperwork, activate systems, and lead weekly New Hire Orientation.
- Pipeline Pro: Actively source candidates for apprentice programs, office/dispatch roles, experienced techs, and more.
- Process Master: Represent Genz Ryan at career fairs, maintain job descriptions and interview scorecards, and tackle everything from communication to coordination.
- Team Player Extraordinaire: Provide project support to HR, leadership, and marketing — and jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar field (preferred but not required).
- 6+ months of high-volume experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or call center work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong Office 365 skills, attention to detail, and lightning-fast multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Emotional intelligence and a knack for relationship-building.

Schedule is Monday-Friday from 7AM-3:30PM but could be adjust slightly for the right person!
